A deposit of one day's charge for reservations 3 days or less; 2 days charge for four or more: the balance is due at check-in.

CANCELLATIONS
Refunds will be made when cancellation notice is given 10 days prior to arrival, however, there will be a $25 cancellation fee. If you leave before your reservation expired, a refund will be made only if the room has been rented for the same period of the time remaining. If your payment or deposit was made by credit card, we will refund you on the same credit card. If your payment or deposit was paid in advance in cash or check, we will refund you by check within 30 days. See other conditions here.

GENERAL INFORMATION
Each room has cable TV, and a DVD player and a direct dial telephone. Each room is individually heated and air-conditioned for your comfort. We have a picnic area and gas grills. Indoor heated swimming pool.
